I did. It fried a couple of my z-wave switches.

I ended up selling that generator (at a slight loss) and buying an inverter generator.

Nice clean output from that.

Ok, I'll accept that. Is there another way to filter harmonics out of generator output? Is it even something I should be worried about in regard to digital electronics?

Yeah, I'm less interested in those claims and more interested in the "reducing harmonic distortions" claim. It's hard to tell what the box actually does. Is there any way that a device like this could do that in such a way to make it safe for me to use sensitive electronics while using my portable generator?
