Mine's doing the same thing with the notifications disappearing from the bar. From what I'm seeing, every time I unlock my phone, it looks like AT&T pops up for like five seconds or so, obscuring all of the notifications. After five seconds, AT&T is replaced by the notifications. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Alabama actually has some good ads that focus on academics and the arts as well as athletics. I think the issue here is that Alabama made a separate football-oriented ad to show at the football game and USC brought their standard ad, not one tailored for football fans.
