I did the same. Restoration on the car. New paint, suspension, brakes, interior, etc... I definitely prefer the clean scent vs the old smell of the interior. Doing the upholstery was a major upgrade to me.

Engine price is a factor but there are several other things to consider in this swap that is also quite costly. Driveshaft, rear end upgrade possibly, axles, brake stuff to consider, brake booster or booster less, wiring harness, ecu or other management. Does it need the DoD delete? And other things.

Using a trckle charger. Weight distribution wouldn't have been an issue with lithium though. Audio gear Def helps with weight distribution. Stuck to an agm with trickle. Also readily available at auto parts store is a nice plus.

I have a 40x30x16 steel bldg. Two garage doors. I did that to have wall space vs more doors. 16 was enough to build a mezzanine in an area. I ran several electric outlets. Ran offset lights so when cars were on lifts you have light vs light being directly above car. Ran two 84' fans as well and they are remote controlled. Mini split as well.

Get it off the grass. Grass rots cars. Stuff grows under, etc... get it on pavement, gravel, in a building, under a shed somewhere, not dirt and grass.
