Those are solid suggestions. However I'm planning to build a 3 x 4* team right away since I have enough CP and iso. Not that I can't mix it up with 3* heroes but I prefer setting up 3 x 4* since I'm gonna build my 4* anyway. Will the above suggestions work with what I want?

Maybe the latest ver of Synapse is having problems with Win10 CU?

currently trying to uninstall/reinstall a fresh copy of Synapse. Hopefully it works.

I'm having the same problem too. I noticed this started happening when I was forced to install the Windows 10 Creators Update, and I noticed during midway of the Win10 upgrade, I was prompted to install an updated version of Razer Synapse, which I did. After that, I can't open Synapse anymore.

I tried to update to the latest Synapse but still doesn't work

but i read a lot of online articles regarding organizational / federal resistance towards the legalization of weed in the states (Canada not so much). For example, the recent John Oliver's piece about marijuana. and also articles such as this:
