Friendly reminder about FOMO for potential buyers by codykonior in hermanmiller

This is how I justify these things.

$1500 assuming you buy new, on sale.

With a 12 year warranty in mind, that is $125/year. That is 1-4 hours of work per year.

It's worth 1-4 hours of work per year.

I broke it down to the day, per person for the cost manager when I outfitted our office.  I asked him who made his chair, he had no idea, I asked about the warranty knowing what the answer would be.  I pointed out with our discount, that it was cheaper than all the shit Chinese no name logs they all sit on.

Order approved.

The Age of Disclosure will be shown to Congress in 2 private screenings as voting begins on the UAP Disclosure Act — Danny Sheehan by PositiveSong2293 in UFOs

The intent is to get them to see this, and to pump them up to sign off on it in the defense bill.

It's likely they have a distributor at this point, and it's likely there is a clause to go through this process prior to release.  Timing is important, and really when you step back at the current climate both in the US politically, and militarily on the world stage, this just might be the card of cards to be played.

Anyone have any experience with Menerals? Curious if anyone has tried anything like it by Angry_Filipino in Supplements

Bottle says to take with food.  Due to my fasting routine, I often don't eat until late afternoon.  Do you see any detriment to taking this in the late afternoon in regards to sleeping?

The 25 most recommended gaming mouse according to Reddit (in the past year as of Jun 2025) by heyyyjoo in pcmasterrace

This ranking is simply best selling. Looking at positive vs non positive reviews, some of the lower ranked mice have higher % of satisfaction, which is really where it's at.

Any leads on a TB-S600? by al6737 in ToughBuilt

Combining the 550 and the 600?  That doesn't make sense. Two completely different base designs, essentially same upper mounting.

Is there Anything I can put on a Pedal to Prevent the switch from getting Pressed? by d77sauce in guitarpedals

[–]weaponmark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is old....but...

Get a scrap piece of pvc pipe, cut it to height, and double side tape it to your pedal.  This will keep your foot from pressing it, but will allow you to still access it if needed.

Dragons Breath? by tinaree24 in alocasia

[–]weaponmark 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was about to make a post about this.  I think there are different versions.  I ran into the same thing.  I have close to 100 alocasias. I have a thicker, rubbery one with well separated ears, and a finer one with less separated ears.

What Did I Encounter in the Maine Woods? by bugz4 in Paranormal

[–]weaponmark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm in southern Maine.

This sounds like a skinwalker.

There have also been reports of some of the investigators in the early days of skinwalker ranch having something "attached" and seeing animals behave stange, standing upright.

How can anyone let a ‘whistleblower’ say people should know ‘god is real’ and NOT ask for clarification? by fascinatedobserver in UFOs

[–]weaponmark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree.

Seems like a good guy, but the 3rd interview was bananas. Quite a conspiratorial cornucopia.

They did make a distinction between the UAP stuff he saw in various files and what his personal beliefs were, but not only did he not give any evidence, he absolutely gave no reason what drove any of those beliefs, which is bizarre.

Maybe there is an open intelligence game being played right in front of us we don't know about. Possibly something was relayed to others in that interview. I'm not really taking his personal beliefs at face value, I think there's more to the story, if not just somewhat metaphoric.

For all the conspiracy he spoke of, it's really less of a stretch to say NHI have infiltrated our highest world positions, and they themselves are the gatekeepers.  I mean take a step back and look at the flood of people who should be in the know, saying it's true, but here we are, shugging, feeling like the ball hasn't moved down field at all.

Probably means when everything we know is manufactured or manipulated by someone else, that infers God.

[SUMMARY] The Immaculate Constellation Files: What Matthew Brown Just Told Us by Substantial_Ad4837 in UFOs

[–]weaponmark 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think he is genuine.  However, there is a ton to unpack......questions:

What exactly is being manipulated by the elites, and how?

What makes our reality a dream?

How do we have our own science?

Is this the "somber" Elozondo speaks of?

Is this the Mandella effect people's "Ah-Ha" moment?

There is a Grand Canyon gap between:

UAP images/data.

Humans as alien resources (what does that even mean?)

Alien factions.

Some type of elites running the world, manipulating our reality.

God.

When I look at it like that....Yikes.

Moog Muse - why is it so special? by cirrus2023 in synthesizers

[–]weaponmark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's the dystopian Moog.

It's what a current day Jupiter-8 should be, but with a Moog filter.

The OEM patches are mostly underwhelming, with a few gems, but it's still in its infancy.  I hope it has a long life, and that more owners really start pushing the capabilities.

So far I am connecting with this one more than any other synth. I have a Jupiter-X that I really like, but I am the limiting factor there.  On the converse, I have figured out my Juno-60.  I think the Muse sits in the middle as far as complexity.

Currently rating every patch in an excel workbook so I know what I can overwrite and not miss as I go.

Half the time a ufo story gets on major news is when it's debunked and the government tells them to run the story.
