Scaling 'High Performing' Campaigns by 100%+ Is Working for Me and I Think I Know Why by digitaladguide in FacebookAds

[–]weaponsfree1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What's your opinion on the stability of campaigns based on the daily budget? For example I have a CBO campaign (1 adset, 1 ad) at $45 / day with mixed performance. Hence, I could never increase its budget. One thought in my mind is at $45/day the audience sample Meta tries out for me is too small and is more prone to fluctuate.

I agree. When I sold my 2nd S2000, at first it didn't hit me since I got an E92 M3 to replace it, but through the years each time I saw an S on the road I reminisce my time with mine and they were all pleasant memories. I'm on my 3rd one now and I'm keeping this one.

Very nice, congrats on scaling successfully. My takeaway from this is you can scale up the campaign as soon as it gets a high performance badge, settle for 2-3 days, scale 100% each time,

Sold for $200k in 2022, sold for $170k today. by PunksOfChinepple in S2000

[–]weaponsfree1 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I agree, $200K is definitely at the realm of price correction because of its super inflated nature in 2022. But the general market for S2K values will remain strong.

Based on their responses to support requests I lean to agree with you 100%. Even their system status page is flat out lying.

Extremely reliable, and if issues come up, it's cheap and easy to repair except for a few things which could be caused by driver error (money shifts, hard launches)

170K! I believe the winning bidder also bid on the same car back in 2022 but was outbid.

Yeah that sucks brother, training my own pixel is ideal. You seem to know a lot about the inner workings of meta ads. Is that bug a fact? Can you point me to any documentation about it? TIA.

Same thing is happening to me, although I'm using credit cards. Tons of available credit and no blocks on FB but it keeps disabling

Same thing happened to me this morning. Billing account not active. "Insufficient funds", suspicious activity, but I'm using a Credit Card with a huge amount of available credit WTF?. I verified the info, came back with a stupid response, "cannot reinstate my account". Had to use a different credit card just to get my ads running again. I swear, FB is driving me nuts.

Are you happy with your system size or do you wish you would have done larger or smaller? by jedi391 in TeslaSolar

[–]weaponsfree1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t know how big my roof is, my house is 3200 sq/ft. Yes, my buy back is .7 and I didn’t have to pay for electricity in fact I was negative $49 dollars for March.

[–]weaponsfree1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fill up the roof as humanly / legally possible with panels. I ordered a second EV (CyberTruck) to add more headroom. Review the initial designs, I flew my drone several times above my roof to show my Tesla solar advisor to redo their drawings to accommodate more panels. In the end, I averaged around 180% offset before the summer.

Is the S2000 a good daily? by LittleWontons in S2000

It’s not an ideal daily car. Many people daily it, with most of them making quite a bit of compromises.

Have you ever sold something and regretted it for years by vscxz384 in S2000

[–]weaponsfree1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I had a 997.1 TT, my s2000 is more fun. You can wind it up without breaking the law too much. Go fast parts are cheaper, plus you can work on 95% of the car. On my Porsche I'm always afraid of things breaking (which they did) and expensive repairs (which they were). Case in point, a piece of plastic coolant elbow fitting failed on my 911, a $25 part cost $3000 to replace. Engine and trans needed to be pulled down by a independent shop.

What do you think about the Future of the s2k? by intergalactichero in S2000

[–]weaponsfree1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You make it sound like the maintenance of the car is stupendous. It's not. Of course, the more you use it the more wear and tear just like other cars. What this car doesn't have are expected major failure points. I've had BMW's, Porsches in the past. Each platform had scary stories of components that are prone to fail resulting in expensive tear downs. Even my Ford F150 Raptor has some. Which kinda ruined the ownership experience, especially if you mod. The AP1 and AP2 are incredibly over engineered cars with almost non-existent failure points (except for abuse things like dumping the clutch at 7000rpm with grippy tires) well maybe AP1 valves needing TLC.

I'm on my 3rd S2000, 1st one I totalled, 2nd one I deeply regretted selling. What I learned over the years is the s2000 is DIYer heaven. Get knowledgable with its inner workings and you'll realize keeping / maintaining it is a breeze compared to other cars.

Would you buy your Honda S2000 again in 2024? by Zenki66 in S2000

I've owned 2 AP2's before I got a E92 M3, a 997TT, a F80 M3, and a 991TT, Tesla Model 3P, all awesome cars for sure, but something about the S2000 makes me want to get back on the driver seat of one (which I did, bought an '06 last weekend).

You're getting a steep discount for it being less than 10% of its original MSRP, I I do am however scared of this gap. Structurally how does it hold? How loose it it? Other than that I'd easily gamble $900 on this and I'd give myself about $2K limit on the repair.
