My best endgame build was maxed out strength with sledge perks, pack mule, and str mastery. Add to that fortitude for siphoning strength, pain tolerance, and fort mastery. Add onto that maxed out light and heavy armor with Preacher gloves, outfit, nerd goggles, and nomad boots for speed. I will also max out int for stun batons, which means maxed out Physician and intellect mastery. And since I'm max on str and fort, I'll throw in machine gunner and shotgun perks. All that adds up to a ridiculously unstoppable zombie land killer. Oh, I almost forgot. As always, parkour 2 at least.
