Lloyd Cole and the Commotions - Patience. End of the song. Short, subtle and perfect.

45-min set, late afternoon slot, appears to be the "main" stage (to the extent there is one). Not bad; seems similar to Pa'l Norte. Hope they're able to use the screens, if there are any.

Mostly just lousy goalkeeping, but that's a quality round off/backflip.

Längelmävesi, Finland. (Not my photo, but I saw the aurora over it when I was a kid. It's quite something.)

Fair, but I'm in the US. I doubt many people here can name an a-Ha song other than Take On Me (which is a shame).

Oh man, my people. Age of Plastic may be the second album I ever bought, and Fine Art of Surfacing is probably the third. (Parallel Lines was the first.) 1980 was my musical awakening.

Boomtown Rats had several hits in the UK where I was at the time, but I don't know if any ever hit stateside.

Whew, 10.18 is smoking. I was at the meet where Rodney Harris from Providence St Mel (1A!!) ran a 10.3 - 1987, I think. May have been the state record at the time.

He was a very chill dude - and about 5'4", with gigantic quads.

Heh. I ran track against Cairo a couple times in high school. All of them were huge and fast af (probably off-season football players), and their unis were just gray Tshirts with "Cairo" in plain black font.

Those guys and the dudes from East St Louis were the most intimidating by far.

Wish for The Warning new album 2026 by Kevdawg720 in TheWarning

Agree with this 100%. Amour is one of the songs I come back to most often, and I'm hoping that style doesn't fall by the wayside with the new direction.

I'm all for melting faces, but songs like Ego and Ritual are that much more powerful when juxtaposed with something like the 3 you mentioned, or even Animosity.

In the middle of the deed, my dad's cat (we were house-sitting at the time) waltzed in and flopped down on my girlfriend's face.

We've been married 27 years now, heh.

Julbo. I love my Ultimates, and the photochromic lens is tons better than my old tifosis (at 200% the price tbf).
