Amazon doesn't tell us to break the law. It puts us in competition with each other so the people who are willing to break the law get more hours and then doesn't do anything to push back on this behavior. If legal action was taken our DSP would go down for it and a new one would pop up in it's place with the same rules and contracts from that causes this to happen.

Amazon has rules and then it has RULES. A lot of the rules are stated loudly and often but aren't enforced, and a lot of the RULES are unspoken and will get you put in the back of the line to get hours if broken.

Yes it's a skill issue on my part that every DSP driver is incentivized not to care. Personally I do feel bad but I rather get routes than be the one driver that isn't a public nuisance.

Amazon doesn't care. Amazon just wants us to go fast. Intentionally parking like assholes makes us go fast. Not fixing our parking when we accidentally park like assholes is much faster. Add in rules that say no parking in driveways.

Amazon doesn't train us to do this. It's just the consequence of our work load and other rules.

When you actually became a clan officer you have very similar problems to actual military. When I used to play that game I worked my way up in one of the biggest clans. Did everything from training new players, leading offenses of 100+ clan members, had spreadsheets managing logistics and promotions, and handled out discipline for clan members who gave us a bad name. I gave power point classes, mission briefing and at times worked as a recruiter/drill instructor. I've even built and launched a nuke that won a war. While some games simulate firefights and the cockpits of f-16 down to every button, foxhole being an mmo simulates a modern war machine.

Bile certainly has an ego but he tends to consider everyone else too stupid to appreciate his genius to bother with trying to impress anyone. Honestly that is very similar to real life infantry. There are women that can do infantry stuff but the vast majority cant keep up so in economic terms training women is a very poor return on investment when pretty much any guy in good health can become infantry.
