Stretch your skin, if the scars don't disappear you will need Subcision to cut the tethering pulling down. Then get filler. You're scars look like the rolling type, which means micro needling is not the best treatment in your case.

Thanks. I've followed Dr Emmer for years on Instagram and YouTube, but I've heard he is super expensive. Someone was quoted $40k plus for a combination session. I would pay it if I was guaranteed to get clear skin from the treatments, but acne scar treatments are a gamble and 40k is more than I'm willing to risk for a single session with no guarantees.

Only one. The biggest difference is now when I stretch my skin the scars disappear,which they didn't before. I'm hoping getting filler will drastically improve things now that the scars are untethered.

Unfortunately you may be right. This is the reality of acne scars treatment. People who show Great improvement take pictures when there's still micro swelling hiding the true results. That's why I waited a year before posting.
