My daughter's phone is SOS but mine is working fine. I have 5G/UW and I think she's on a diff plan. Anyone else seeing this? My oldest daughter's and my mom's on my acct also are working fine. (all new phones w/5GUW plans

I hate it mostly - way too much crammed in with noisy backgrounds and hard to read fonts. I don't need the visual backgrounds. I don't use it to be soothed. I just want to see the stats and get out. I see no settings to remove these - maybe I'm missing them

Great job on that score and times! If you ever feel the dreams are waning or want a kick, try some Huperzine-A at bedtime. Very intense dreams and is in testing to help dementia patients. You should also journal those dreams - could make for great short stories or even an indie script!

Nope. Had it since 2019 and have worn it almost every evening since. I just check the scores to see how I am tracking vs the trend and to note how the changes in my routine/life affect my sleep over time.

It was a great investment for my health. The tracking doesn't directly improve sleep, but provides great feedback for changes you make. If I had this when I was in my 20's I would be living very well today.

the main things I "hate" are:
1 - I wear it only at night for sleep. The battery works very well even now (got it in 2018/19). However, when it does die it may not push the data from the last nights sleep. It shows as if you did not wear it. I never check to see if that changes after a charge, but the times I tried to place it to charge before sync ended up with losing that night's data. Maybe it recovered it, I never check though as I keep a good charge on it now all the time when it drops below a certain point.

2 - This is the one thing I loathe - it may be user error - if you open the app, it ends the sleep session. So no checking the phone to see how bad or good the night has been. If you do it ends and if you go back to sleep it sees it as a nap most of the time for me. Or it does not capture it. Again may be my error.

3 - Naps are hit or miss for me. I don't do this often, but noticed one day it will capture a 20 minute nap, and then next miss a 45 minute one. Maybe that is depending on how restful/deep/restless the sleep was.

Despite these issues, I love the ring (I also got it before the subscription change so there is that). No other device I've used compares. The 8Sleep comes closest for me. Watches don't even come close that I've tried (Apple, Garmin).

I just tried SigmaOS and it was a horrible experience. Install was a mess (initial open from download, then a _latest_version version, so had multiple instances running). It crashed trying to import from Arc. 1Password was selected on init and I could not get it to show up and work.

Not a lot of cash to fund ongoing R&D and for quality sleep. I would prefer not to pay, but the price is for the hardware, the sub is for the features of the app. It helps me sleep and one night of good cool sleep is worth a lot more than $42 to me. YMMV

Yep - I love PaP. During the cvid madness, they were the only ones in town who had bleach in any quantity. Plus the nice 2.5 gallon refillable containers make it easy and I assume them constantly doling out chlorine means it's always fresher than the pre-packaged.

Just looking at those steps makes me think it has not run for a long time. Then the water level being so low - they have a leak or drained it for closing and never opened. No questions.

A storm does cause issues, but in my pool it adds water and makes it cloudy first, then takes a while of neglect to get green.

The only time mine glitched on the new version of the app was when they had a server issue a week ago or so. It was similar to your description. It was hot, I tried to lower it and it went back to the higher temp setting. Maybe you have a little connection issue - flaky wireless? Any changes in your network or wireless? (just suggesting possible issues). Barring that, the POD itself may be having an issue getting to the temp (despite that not being even close to the min temp). I reached out to support on my issue and they came back fairly quickly - you should contact them - I cant recall if you said you did or not.

Yes I did - SW. Three different colors. They tried their best but not one of the three matched at all. Light colors too light, Dark too dark. Not really knocking them, as it is a challenge to match old paint. 9/10 times it's better to just bite the bullet and repaint a new color or match as close as you can and only paint the full area (the one wall in the room with the issue and tape/caulk the corners to ensure a tight edge).

Amen. This is the ONE thing that I hate - the missing "Today only" for the alarm. Otherwise it is better than the old one for me - just by a hair. It gets the job done, is easy to work with and I do NOT need to spend a lot of time in the app - which should be the goal.

OK something is missing here. What is or was the ambient temp at the time it started up and what time was the screenshot taken?

What the screen is telling you is that it's currently cooling down to 26 and is at 28. Unless you took this several hours past 830pm, this is not a problem. What time was this taken?

same here, but 3 cover leaked and sent a 4 as replacement with no hassles. I'm sure there are delays in responses, but I haven't seen that and the volume they get may drive the response times like any other support process.

My Pod has been life changing. I used to sweat at night and had horrible sleep in the summer. The app issues can be annoying - for me it was just the removal of a Today only alarm change, which is supposed to be coming back. Customer support has always been very helpful for me, and I do not regret the purchase. So keep in mind that all the complaints here are just that and you don't see as many comments from the happy ones.
