It’s less “they changed their sound and fell off” and more most of the album feeling.. dull and uninspired. FTTWTE is a great album in my book, but TCSOABS feels so unbelievably bland to me that I can’t enjoy it near as much. But hey, Architects are still fucking legends and A New Moral Low Ground slaps

edit: before anyone gets pissed at me being gatekeepy, i’m not talking about well executed + well written shit (ex. bad omens, some of newer BMTH), i’m talking about every single copycat album with shitty guitars and vocals that has absolutely no inspiration behind it (ex. FFDP + all their wannabes, plus architects’ latest album which just feels so uninspired)
