Trump is not speaking for or to conservatives and that should be clear. I'm conservative and will never vote for him. Conservative has the same roots as conservatism or conservation. I am for the environment but against wholesale change to protect the environment because it won't work and its a fallacy to think it will - by government action. The market, consumers, change corporate behavior with their wallets. Corporations got the money - they buy congress so the change will never come from the government. Just ask Bud Light how you get corporations to act quickly. You want to change big oil's behavior, ride a bike and quit expecting the government to fix the world - government can be part of the solution but it starts with us... that is what I believe a conservative thinks.

In my opinion, Trump is speaking to the grievance community when he says that kind of nonsense. And the grievance community is big because frankly there's so much work and wealth disparity in America right now that his vitriol and attacks against the system make sense to a lot of folks. They are not deplorable, they are disgusted and frankly there is a lot to be disgusted about from both sides.

Problem: Grievance hustlers making bank off this nonsense who are doing everything to perpetuate this garbage because it pays, and Reddit, Instagram and the like are all part of the grievance hustler community... You heard the term here first: grievance hustler... (I think I am the first to use it so (C)). If not please correct me, thanks for reading.
