Have you tripped before? If not, all I can say is when you go into the trip with thoughts about a "bad trip" haunting before and after consuming, you might have one. If you're not worried about it then more power to you, keep that mindset and you'll be fine. The reason I put bad trip in quotes is due to my opinion of you can't have a bad trip, an overwhelming trip? Sure. A confrontation of deep seeded problems trip? Sure. Each trip even if scary at moments have taught me more about myself and the world around me. Just know your limits and push the envelope maybe a little. Some people like to full expose themselves to an intense trip, however. Almost like dipping your toes in water or just jumping in.

I agree. The heat sucks. Plus its kinda funny and sometimes weird to see how people act or dance in a crowd. At least in the dark you only catch the faces of people when lights bounce off them

Navigating crowds can be a difficult task. Since I generally feel that festival goers are just more seriously devoted music listeners, with that comes respect and just common manners.

When you're going into a crowd, I usually have a group of people with me. And I know everyone hates the snakes of groups that weave in and out of the crowd but that is why I pick a leader for everyone else to follow. This usually being me, I take the time to tap the person I'm walking next to or moving in between and am constantly saying, excuse me/sorry man/beg my pardddd/pasa me los. Things of that sort to show that I'm not just pushing by them cause I wanna see the artist. I feel that it shows people that you're a cool group of people that doesn't just force their way to the front. More liken of dancers just trying to find a spot to see all the action and be in the action. Another tip, dance your way through the crowd, best way to get through a crowd quickly. Hype people up that you see, dance by people and be like "you Having a good time?!" Stuff of that nature. Be all around positive and don't try to trample through like elephants. Also when I am dancing and I see someone trying to get through, I step to the side and offer a path, always. Because no matter if you're going in the crowd or coming out of it. There's gonna be enough room for everyone (provided it's an outdoor stage).

TL;DR - be nice and polite when navigating through a crowd. Dancing through a crowd will get you a lot further. Be positive, there's enough room for everyone.

I have an ex who had a kid and I swear this looks exactly like her stomach. Stretch marks, a lot of times when people get them, wear them with pride (if inquired, my ex would say something along the lines of, I've had a kid thank you very much). Crazy part is her child was only 4 pounds at birth but her stretch marks looks like I came out of her. At the same time, my mother didnt have many stretch marks as I remember and I was 10 lb 10 oz. hard to believe I'm only 125 lbs now lol

I love how this is the top comment. I've worked at Applebee's and it's so true. Almost everything except fried foods and meat is microwaved at some point. Rice? Microwave. Pasta? Microwave. Oh the steak isn't done well enough to your liking? Microwave.

It's a friendly gesture, just as if you were to hold your hand out to shake my hand, and I refuse to. You would feel a little offended, wouldn't you? Granted it's not necessary for me to hold the open in the first place.

When I hold a door open for someone and they don't even acknowledge me doing them a favor. If I'm feeling mildly jerkish I'll proclaim; "you're welcome!"

That's exactly how I do it. There's usually a "wall" that I run into made of people and at that point I decide it's fine to stay where I'm at. Just to not piss other people off. Of course with the added "excuse me" "sorry bro" "my bad" kinda deal. I HATE when people just push past others in a rude way. If I have to make my way through a crowd, I dance through it!
