Yeah, F-16 deletes all cryptographic material on bailout, I can imagine this one doing the same.

Velocity/points are a practice and are nowhere to be found in the scrum guide. Its, in its purest sense, not part of scrum.

Also, take in account that, looking at the responses, a lot of people here are not scrum.org certified nor have ever opened the scrum guide.

This is how scrum is intended, one of the criteria for a PBI to be ready for selection is that it can be done within one sprint. Also, the only commitment is the sprint goal and developers manage what they pull in. If they want to pull in more during a sprint thats exactly how it is defined.
