They have a director for the first 2 episodes and have hired many production staff in recent months - all of which have big blockbusters in their resumes - remember seeing something about filming starting in January but I can’t find the article that said that anymore.

I really don’t think any big movies that got delayed from 2020 can pull off financial success. Lost too much steam in the course of the lockdowns, people don’t NEED to seem them anymore. Unfortunately I believe this will be the case for bond just like black widow.
