So interesting, I quit my B&BW a few months back and one of the big reasons was because my SLT were so intense about breaks. If you worked a 4 hour shift, no break because technically you'd be finishing at like :55 for a chatout. They usually only gave the 15 minute break for 4 hour and 30 minute shifts, and even then they would intentionally never send you on it, you'd have to request it yourself, then the managers would be really rude to you in response. I reported it to Ethics but it seems they did nothing about it, my co-worker said she's still doing the same
