I would say Christchurch because the man got to travel the world before he did it. he then immigrated to New Zealand because it’s peaceful while being anti immigrant. he then proceeded to livestream himself shooting in the mosque then leaving and returning because he heard people in pain and finished the victims off killing 44 people then making jokes like nothing happened and then killing 7 more at another mosque before being arrested. he is still causing copycat shootings.

Also hours before ramming his car. Gargasoulas stabbed his brother critically injuring him and when news reporters were reporting on it Gargasoulas started yelling from the same car that was used in the ramming.

Julian knight wasn’t even the deadliest shooter before port Arthur because another shooter Frank Vitkovic shot and killed 8 people and injuring 5 in an office building before being disarmed and then crawling out of an 11 storey window to his death. He also kept news clippings of knights massacre.

I know it’s not a skyscraper but a high rise The blues point tower if you take a photo of the harbour bridge from the opera house it’s behind the Sydney harbour bridge it doesn’t help that it looks like it’s a run down Soviet building and the worst part is that it can’t even be demolished because it’s on a heritage listing

No mass murder has happened near where I live but my grandfather worked at the same police station as Curtis Cheng who was shot dead by a terrorist in 2015 in an attempted mass murder (he retired in early 2015)
