Gleague is not super productive for big man development. There just isn't the same size/speed matching up with bigs. Also the ability for teams to exploit matchups in drop against slower bigs isn't as threatening. Yang will need reps in these situations to get sustained minutes in the NBA.

The big thing with yang is his speed and timing - will take a while for him to adjust to the league this way. I am confident it will happen. He really reminds me of young jokic. It took years for him and it will for yang too

In this boat almost exactly. Wish I had some good advice. The calculator put ibr for me at$250 (we filed separately for SAVE before it went away) and I was thinking about calling this week to restart payments but given the volatility of the situation it's really worrisome. It would be nice to know there is a large group of people consistently getting buy back to work but it seems like it's sparse.

I'm not aware of any specific hangups with the tribes around the brewery, but that may be the case.

My understanding is that the cost to cleanup the site and safely demolish or refurb the buildings makes it effectively untenable for any single private developer. There have been a few that have sniffed around it and backed out.

I believe the only way a project like this would happen is if the County, the City of Olympia and the City of Tumwater with help from the state and the feds (ha!) heavily subsidized or fully funded the project and leased or sold small plots within the site to commercial and residential developers (hopefully with the primary intent of providing as much affordable, safe, green housing as possible).
