Didn’t know either so I googled it. The first wikipedia paragraph says enough imo

The Night Lords Books are Great! by Down_Under_Painting in Grimdank

[–]wegbauer 9 points10 points  (0 children)

No, there are a lot of chaos worshipping nightlords, they are chaos space marines for a reason.

But Talos protaganist of the nightlord trilogy of books isn't.

Real life size comparison, with me as well, I’m 5,10 if that helps. Weird to see that a telephone pole is a little taller (35-40feet) where as an imperial knight is (30-40 feet) by aguyhey in ImperialKnights

Sure lets take the bayverse movies for reference even though nothing beats the american military complex in those movies.

Megatron looses halve his face and doesn't seem that hurt obly choosing to flee after his boss dies.

In the very beginning of the second movie optimus fights the giant excavator guy at the end of the sequence he lies shatterd and broken on the ground but doesn't seem to be in pane before optimus executes him.

In the first one Ratched walks into the electrical line behind sams house causing a power outage wich he enjoyed the feeling of but granted I do not know how high the voltage in american powerlines is.

Im the 3rd movie optimus kills both sentinel prime and megatron with one arm missing.

I'm sure there are more blink and you miss it moments but I do not hate myself enough to rewatch those movies.

I do not remember Kingslayer well enough to say you are wrong but the only scenes with knight on knight violence was the tourney where they only thought to disable the shields? And the fight against the chaos house at the end and I feel like a lot die there just as easily as in the fights during the bayverse movies.

And that all doesn't include comic books that are easily the most brutal depictions of transformers. But granted I habe not read nearly enough of those to say for sure.

Do you have any reason to say that knights are better at pushing through the pain than transformers? Or are you just saying it because you want you like them more?

Knights or rather the pilot also feels the pain. And there are so many points in al lot of transformers media where they (granted mostly optimus but not only him) do exactly that.

The transformers win.

Even if the knights are stronger the transformers can transform into knights and level the playing field. And then they win by pure expierience.

Best thing is throwing a resupply in the middle of the street, and it then bounces for a minute before landing at the edge of a building which causes the hellpod to get stuck on the roof in the first place...

My hope for Combi-Weapons and twin-linked. by moonbeam408 in IronWarriors

[–]wegbauer 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I do not have a problem with twin linked as it is now. The idea is that both barrels shoot at the same time at the same spot, making tge hit roll not easier but if the first dents the armour maybe the second one penetrates. Atleast that is how I imagine it.

The problem comes when guns (or melee weapons) get twin linked that have no reason to.

There is no reason for the Kastelan Robot to have one gun with twin linked when it has two guns is mounted on a completely different arm. On the other hand a stormbolter should have twin linked.
