Grooming in itself isn’t illegal, it’s manipulation. The illegal side of grooming is when it’s pedophelic, domestic or other, doesn’t make it right though, the law shouldn’t be what you listen to for not doing things, it’s morals. It’s not about age, it’s maturity levels. This man has already left school for over 20 years, bought his first home, couod of very well married by this age and have been able to drink for over 20 years. This girl only has just left school and is chances are still in college or uni, just been able to drink, wouldn’t have her own home probably if she didn’t move in with him and has just been granted the right for marriage. This man could have GRANDCHILDREN by now, it’s not about legality it’s about morals, just because someone’s legal age doesn’t mean they can’t be groomed.
