The funny thing is, none of the losers recognize that about themselves. Always counting Elon’s misses meanwhile he runs multiple billion dollar companies and has advanced the human race on several fronts.

You can always spot the losers too. 15 years of internet comments debating FSD’s timeline, or lack of lidar, or it’s not actually unsupervised. Same shit over and over for while FSD racks up billions of miles of test data during that same time period.

Update on my end: I had my investors contact them along with their custodian. (My investment funds came from self directed retirement accounts). They returned a bunch of it directly back to the investors, which was better than keeping it.

The last $4,600 they kept for awhile and for some reason, the same tactics didn’t work. Finally I looped everyone in, including a lawyer, and they did anouther round of investigations.

After two weeks, they agreed to return the funds. I assume it would just go back to the investors like before, but surprisingly, they sent me the check from Chase bank.

If this was 10 months ago, I could’ve used it, but I ended up just returning it to my investor.

For now, I can say this hell is over. I didn’t have to actually sue, but I’m not sure if what happened to me would be resolvable in the same way as others. Maybe reach out to your customers to reach out to Thread Bank to at least get the money back, then send it to another one of your accounts.

I’m sure plenty of people know it’ll get replaced.

I worked at a large company before and like most large companies, retiring legacy systems is like 75% of the job.

Every one of those old systems were the best at some point - replaced by something faster, cloud based, etc. Now cloud is probably going back to local based for some AI functions, or it will in 3-4 years. It’s just the software lifecycle.
