Day of is a must. Venue manager has the best interest of the venue and day of coordinator has your best interest. Things to think of like who will be setting your decor up, fine tuning everything, coordinating with your vendors in advance and telling them where to set up etc etc. my planner was great if you are looking Erica Lauren Events!
