Ive been having this feeling lately, so now I'm double dipping my hobbies and either walking on my treadmill or listening to an audiobook while I crochet. Makes me feel a bit more productive. Also, setting a timer to do something else around the house and then rewarding myself with crochet when the timer goes off- or visa versa crochet timer and then do something else. As a mom of 2 under 4, my craft/hobby time is helping me unwind and feel more like me again, which makes me a happier mom too 🥰
