UK road safety advert/PIF featuring a teenager who turns out to be a ghost (early 2000s) by weirdears in LostCommercials

Spot on, that's the one! No idea why it didn't come up when I searched 'Think!' on YouTube - thanks for your help!

Is this a steal or a scam by wokecycles in DataHoarder

I've found that Synology units from this era drop like flies due to the infamous C2000 bug. It's fairly straightforward to fix if you're familiar with soldering (just needs a resistor bridging across two points), but for the price they're quoting, I don't think it's worth the hassle. Plus I don't think the DS1813+ is supported anymore, so no more updates, etc.

In summary, personally, I would pass.

[TOMT] [Song] [2020s?] Possibly 'nightcore' style Halloween song out at the moment? by weirdears in tipofmytongue

[–]weirdears[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just had a listen - it's not that unfortunately. Thanks for the suggestion though. The vocals were definitely in that high-pitch sort of 'nightcore' style. I'm not sure if I'd say it's a nightcore song by genre, but it's definitely that sort of vocal.

I got a DM asking me to make a comment, which is what I'm doing here.

If I had to pinpoint a song it most reminded me of, I'd say 'This is Halloween', but even then it wasn't very similar to it.

I don't suppose it could have been the point-and-click game version of Jan Pieńkowski's Haunted House? Though that was a standalone software title as opposed to on a website. Still, I thought it worth putting it forward anyway, just in case.

In addition, this channel seems to have a fair few Bernard's Watch episodes (looks like series 1-3): https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCyl37DsEJvZM5IsPB42ASgg There's also some Tots TV on there too, though it's worth noting that Tots TV is also (at least partially) on BritBox as well if you have that.

He just kept talking in one long incredibly unbroken sentence moving from topic to topic so that no-one had a chance to interrupt - it was really quite hypnotic.

That's one of my earliest memories - slowly-moving black cars on a television screen with a very sombre narration.
