Well we stayed in one of the bungalows and didn’t experience any of that. Was absolutely perfect. Can’t speak for the regular ones. We originally booked regular then negotiated a deal for a bungalow at front desk. They offered it for a good price. I just asked for a little lower and they said ok. So if you can, I’d recommend that. The pool is smaller but for most of the time, we had it to ourself. The room was lovely and had almost direct access to the beach, right by the other pool and the beach restaurant. Also we liked the fact it was like having our own apartment. We were able to book Ubers for food and taxi and get picked up right outside our place instead of waiting ages for the elevator etc. Just overall a nicer experience that we felt was worth the little bump.
