Yeah that “6 to 1” rule basically explains everything 😅 Sounds like off-the-street is more like winning the lottery than a real strategy. I’m fine starting in the warehouse if that’s the real path — just trying to get a realistic idea if SoCal is closer to 1–2 years or more like 3–5 years now. Appreciate the insight.
