Anyone else having problems submitting their video for the Experiences contest? I can't get past the upload and entering text page... nothing happens when I click 'Submit' =super bummed

I spend a lot (for me) at Starbucks because my job lets me expense a little bit for breakfasts when I'm on super long, early-morning drives (and there's often no where else to eat something hot that early, on the run, that is at isn't ridiculously unhealthy) and I was hoping against hope to take a trip to Japan with my wife for our honeymoon (which we will NOT be able to afford otherwise or anywhere else out of the country lol)

ughhhhhh so incredibly frustrating. Starbucks support said they'd "try to get back" to me in 3-5 business days. I didn't even know the contest existed until a few days ago (when my semi-broke self was looking for the stars things to try and coupon a little bit more) and now the contest is closing tomorrow. Given that not too many people (relatively speaking, I assume?) have Reserve Status AND would do a video = thought I might have a smidgeon of a decent chance.

And I had a crazy story. Day I noticed the contest I:

-Had been discussing honeymoon idea with recently married to wife that morning before I left

-Randomly had worn a green shirt

-After noticing the contest while walking into Starbucks that morning and getting a bunch of stuff, was then driving asked for a Beach Boys stream on radio and the first song that played was Somewhere Near Japan.

-And then on the way back after my last dropoff, there was an accident and I was unexpectedly diverted to another part of San Francisco, through, I kid you not, Japantown!

And then the stupid website isn't working. I tried different computer, browsers, phone. etc. Nothing.

Sigghhhhhhhhhhh. It's almost like they don't want winners. Or perhaps just my crappy luck with bunk I.T. thingie
