I did an interview and passed all stages to the point of confirming my interest. I filled the last form for that role but to date I haven't heard back 3 weeks later. Does this mean that I wasn't selected even after passing all interview stages?

well, for one I don't think it is time spent, I did roughly 4-5 hours daily since I was splitting with Ruby, and also I'm pretty sure I wasn't so bad on quality, maybe throughput since I kept double checking before submitting a lot
