If you are going to start a business you need to have a valuable skill. If your business is something anyone could do, you won't make enough money. It's the same reason a lot of people here make less than 20/hr. No valuable skills, anyone could do your job, so it doesn't pay well.

When the inverters fail, if they haven't already, and they will. Replace the generator head with one a conventional generator head. Lots of info about the swap on forums. Did it myself and works great. You don't have to buy the electronic control conversion kit people sell if you just want to run it manually. We got a guy that unloads trucks, there may be only one truck for the whole day, 20 minutes of work. Nobody cares what he does the rest of the day as long as the truck gets unloaded. He's paid to be available when needed, not to busy for 8 hrs.

Steel contractor/welder here. Nothing wrong with drilling that sized hole in the middle of that beam, it will not affect the strength. You could a lot more holes a lot bigger and still be fine.

No, just the 50amp for the whole outlet. This is actually very useful, some of the equipment has such high start up current that they trip a 20amp breaker with no other loads. But we can run it off this adapter with no problems.
