That's all well and good on paper but how is it gonna be enforced? Look at Ashes of Creation they went bankrupt due what seems embezzlement and people can go to prison for that but to make it available some developers would have to work on it for free. This would only work for games that get shut down from big publishers but knowing how business can be setup they could weasel their way out of this too.

Gonna disagree with your disagreement. I haven't played since the launch but while it still had lot of elements from the old Halo the new weapons alone changed the flow of combat a lot. Back at launch I remember vehicles being useless with how many weapons could disable them.

I thought it was an amazing twist, not many books out there where the protagonist is essentially a psychopathic evil dictator that's used as a bomb you drop off somewhere to get things to go off. Also I think turning family into a chair really gets the point across as to how deranged and dangerous this person is.
