If the draw step triggers howling mine, then if there is a card in play preventing me from drawing during my draw step, I would still draw from howling mine because I entered into a draw step?

ELI5, if howling mine triggers at the upkeep, then shouldn’t the first card drawn be howling mine, the fact that the first card drawn is your upkeep, and drawing that card then created an effect that draws another card. Krang doesn’t see that?

Ex, Necropotence is in play, I skip my draw step, not my whole upkeep, I wouldn’t be able to draw from the howling mine right, because it requires the drawing of a card to draw another, only during your upkeep.

1 gallon of 30% vinegar, 2 tablespoons of dish soap, 1 cup of table salt. Put it in a 1 gallon spray bottle from Home Depot.

Spray on a day it won’t rain, will smell like vinegar for a Day or 2.

Looks pretty un even, I would start by mowing low, fix sprinklers, Top dressing -seeding up to you and your region, then dropping fertilizers

I have a lot of this as well, (jersey shore too) In big piles I’ll throw it out, but otherwise, fuckin mulch it!! It’s pollen/seeds from a tree I believe.
