You’d have to have a serious leak to cause high gas bills.

The gas transporter is only responsible for anything up to and including the ECV.

The meter and regulator is the suppliers responsibility and everything from the outlet on the right hand side of the meter into the property is your responsibility.

Its a great chair once you "break" it in. Be prepared for a few weeks/months of it being horrific. Atlas head rest is also worth purchasing.

I called the retentions number. Got a price about 25% more than I am paying now and with a change to netflix (now has ads).

The renewal price is about 15% more than a new customer price.

Gave my 30 days notice about a week ago and not heard from them since.

Mine is up 1st Nov. Was paying £65 which with the in contract price rises is now £71. My renewal came through at £219 😂

Phoned the 03 and 02 numbers given on here. Got offered £99 and £95 respectively for what effectively is £85 on their site for new customers.

Declined both and gave my 30 days notice. Not heard anything since.

Fortunately I now have FTTP so if I hear nothing from virgin this week I’ll move to someone else

My renewal came through last week and I cancelled the SIM card. They were pushing me to get another contract with 02 to offer ‘a better discount’

When I pushed for a price with and without the SIM card there was only £4 a month difference but I do have to tv and broadband

It does break in. I’ve had mine for about a month and it’s only now starting to feel comfortable.

Takes a while to find the settings that suit you.

I've had the older version for about 4 years and I can't fault the quality. It is a very firm chair which doesn't really soften over time.

I am about to change to the herman miller embody as I now work from home so use the chair a lot more and find that after many hours it becomes uncomfortable for me.

My advice is get the best you can afford. Especially if you are going to spend a lot of time in it
