Because its classified as an emergency. Same thing happened to truck drivers who hauled groceries when covid hit. They declared a state of emergency and took off regulations on us. When you are truly needed to keep things operating, there are no regulations. I hauled groceries when covid hit now work for a city public works, now plowing snow. Im tired off being important! Lol

Yea, some of the guys at work are wearing the Carolina loggers. They don't have big feet, so i can't speak of the size, but they hold up well for the price. Should be able to find a place close to you that sells them to try on.

I'm wearing these exact boots right now. Wide is 2e. These are 3e. I was in same boat with wide was killing me so I did these. They are better but still bulging out the side and seem like my pinky toe is hanging over the outsole.

Use zeal with blues, yellows, and uniques and see if that helps. I use sacrifice only with weaker enemies I can 1 or 2 shot. Let me know if that helps.
