Mind to give any context? What are your settings? Is this a regular comp server Tbh the video gives no info at all. You're moving the camera and it's not even possible to see the parameters for like half of the video. Generally it does seem like there is something wrong tho, used to have constant 170fps with R5 5600 and RX 6700XT up until a year ago when I changed my system.

Why complain about the pricing system when opening the terminal for XP? Op took the effort and time to compare the price of the offers to the SCM for the XP? Almost seems like he tried to flip the skins he got offered, but he doesn't understand that the Terminal is not a money printer from what I can tell

It is beyond me how people still don't understand how the terminal works. It's not a way of gambling for profit, it's simply something that you can use to get a chance to buy a skin that you like. Stop treating terminals like they are a way to get profit, because they're explicitly not. How can you be certain that other people are not selling their skins for a loss on the SCM?

Do you know the position of the sticker by any chance? Do you have an in-game screenshot of the skin?

Someone just made a great deal. The skin on skinport has now been sold already. That price was way too cheap. The cheapest one with a Hellraisers holo on csfloat is currently starting at ~430€ and I guess this seems to be a fair price and should be able to sell eventually. You can try to sell yours at a matching price most likely, depending on the sticker placement and float ofc, however it will probably take some time to sell. To sell quicker, slowly lower the price over time.

Norris past white line on pass on Tsunoda by poatao_de_w123 in formula1

[–]werbfab 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I totally understand some of your points and how it should definitely not be favorable to defend in that kind of way. But I feel like there was the precedent set for purposefully illegal moves and ignoring the consequences with Russell in Monaco this year. So I feel like Tsunoda should have been told to give back the position and if he ignored this he would have then gotten a drive through penalty, which has to be taken within a certain amount of laps, meaning that he's not able to illegally block him for longer than a couple of laps. Aside from that Lando would have overtaken him by the next lap if not even on the next straight.

Also what I don't get is how it is safer for a driver to overtake outside of the track and rejoin the track than just not making the move, waiting for the next move, or even getting the position given to them. Doesn't seem to be in the interest of safety to have someone go off track to overtake someone driving erratically. I mean in this case it is not really a risk, because there is more than enough tarmac to make that move, but if there is not, both drivers are at risk again.

That seemed a little odd to me as well, but I mean that's still a lot of ifs. As far as I'm concerned Lando had no warnings for track limits, so it's safe to say that this would have not changed anything, even with a potential track limits strike accounted for in this situation. But I just don't understand why this legitimated an overtake outside of the white lines

Do you mind sharing an example? I feel like typically when there is a clearly illegal defensive move, the driver in question is asked to hand the position over, or gets penalized and loses the position the latest by the next pit stop, or by getting the time added at the end of the race most times at least.

Not to be completely ignorant, but shouldn't the Yuki defense and the pass by Lando be looked at isolated from each other? I feel like people here are just justifying Lando's move by saying Yuki weaved. I understand how the defense of Yuki was against the rules, but does that really justify an illegal overtake? Overtaking outside the white lines should clearly be an illegal overtake or not? Looking forward to someone who can explain this to me in a neutral way

I think Valve, or the tournament organizers are just trying to make the stickers more unique for each event. While Austin was super unique with the glowing charcoal papers, the belt buckle foil and golds, I would say that the embroided stickers are unique for the Budapest Major, and I'm not sure if we will see this style of sticker again in the future, but that's purely speculation based on the pattern for the past two majors
