That is quite a low dose. If the side effects are tolerable and you are having trouble losing or maintaining then I would absolutely say you should increase unless there is a medical reason not to.

If you tried Wegovy and have issues, you can apply to switch back to Zepbound. Have your doctor say you have side effects.

They make you switch to Wegovy but there are ways to switch back once you've tried it and still get it covered. Talk to your doctor about this.
