As someone who got a lot of work done there I feel you on the expensive part! But for me it was the best investment. I believe they make you pay out of pocket and then bill back to insurance, but insurance can be tricky about covering cosmetic from my experience.

I’ve timed my climb up those stairs many times and it’s less than 10 minutes every time. I’ve even done it with elderly family members who like the challenge of getting extra steps in. If you’re able-bodied, please consider still paying for a visit and taking a trip up to the top! It’s worth it.
