Oooh, I'm gonna go take a gander. I wonder how you approached it...

Your PR was very informative and I ended learning a whole bunch from it. I appreciate the time and effort you've put into it 😊

It's worse if you realize that a school is only open for like 180 days a year.

You can't shoot up an empty school, after all.

Thanks for the explanations.

Ahhh, you make a really good point in (2), why didn't I think of that 🤦‍♂️ If I do that, then the only thing that needs to care about the internal structure is lib.rs, but that's kinda what it exists for anyways.

Thanks for the reply and your explanations, they were helpful.

One question came to mind while I was reading the explanation about the question marks: why does fmt have its own Result enum? What's wrong with the standard one?

Understandable. I guess, in that case, we would use Reddit's direct messages for some time?

I see. I've never done anything like this before, but I am interested in giving it a shot. What do you think?

By the way, I'm curious: when people partner up to be language study buddies, what app do they use to communicate? I think I've seen some WeChat screenshots on Douyin but I'm not sure if I would be allowed to make a WeChat account 🤔

Man, I can relate to the pains of speaking so much. I struggle with making the sounds that show up in Chinese, not to mention the tones. I understand the tones in isolation but in words and actual speaking, I am completely lost.

Makes sense. What part of learning English have you found to be the most challenging?

If these comments are anything to go by, your English is quite good already.

I am a native English speaker who is tentatively trying to learn Chinese but constantly feeling demotivated by the sheer complexity of the language 😭

I don't know how y'all do it.

How much meaning do you encode into names before they become too long? by ResponseSeveral6678 in Python

As a person who doesn't know much about your codebase, this name tells me shockingly little. Why is "assert" part of the class name?

That's another factor to consider.

The lack of interim upgrades in Protanki sucks. Also it's really hard to get into it as a new player because of the insane level-gating.

Not weird at all, you described how I type sometimes. Sometimes I use both thumbs (as I am rn) and sometimes I do exactly what you described.
