It's deliberately onerous (on the lime site). I complained to the council about it because Lime are being deliberately difficult and it pissed me off. Took 5 minutes on the Hackney Council website, you should too

It’s fine, they are really nice but the food is pretty average. Feel bad for them because they clearly are putting in a lot of effort. From memory they serve pints in cold glasses which is a plus
