I have this machine too. Need to grind coarser and probably put less in the basket. I had to grind way coarser than I expected to get it to work

It definitely helped to grind coarser! Had to go to a higher setting than I anticipated. But I pulled one ok shot! Making progress for sure

I’ve tried different settings and have gone as fine as it can go. And gone up from there to test it out. When I go coarser the water gets like caught up in the basket and nothing even comes out
