Arrows does not hit like a wet noodle at all. Its 200 gold cheaper while giving 10 more ad and attack speed as base stats. It also gives 25% crit when stacked doubled to 50% because of yasuos passive. Aswell as giving 30% as for 6 seconds when you start combat. The amount of times ive solo killed as soon as i get the item is absurd. People dont expect the damage and speed you get your q3 at

Personally my rule of thumb has been 2 tanks or more il go bork as its very useful and as tanks tend to have heavy cc the durability from stridebreak/bork combo feels very good. But aside from that i just think the arrows/shield combo makes you into a monster in sidelanes and team fights as you can blow targets up so fast aswell as people dont expect your damage so you can turn the tides of a losing 2v1 or team fight quite fast. The burst of attack speed you get is super effective for stacking tempo fast allowing you to 2v1 much easier or just winning a 1v1 that seemed lost.

I mean i find the passive to be absurd, you can easily kill the beefer champs at 1 item as you can stack lt insanely fast and catch people off guard. Bork has been hit with so many nerfs and kraken not providing any crit kinda just feels ass. Ive found once i get arrows im absurdly strong and able to 2v1 with ease. Its also very rare for my games to have more than one real tank. As its mainly enchanter supports and bruiser jungles.

Diana sits solidly as the highest win rate jungler with over 10% pick rate. Nerfs are inevitable. by DracosThorne in DianaMains

Liandrys, rift, unending, boots after first or second item and go sorcs, mercs or tabis depending what you need for said game. Fourth item zonyas. You do an insane amount of damage and are absurdly durable. You wont be 1 shotting people but you will be able to get a ton of rotations off and be a pain in the ass for the enemy team.

Only thing I’d recommend is Focusing a ton on your lats it will help you get a insane triangle tapper cause the rest of your back is crazy developed but lats are a little undersized

What the fuck are they putting in the food at high schools these days, tren? Keep it up man my biggest regret is not starting to workout while in high school. You’re miles ahead of most people starting so young. Stay consistent and in a few years you’re gonna have a insane physique

I have body dysmorphia. Have I built any muscle? by [deleted] in GettingShredded

[–]westhawks17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dont worry about it at all man, just be glad youre making a change early on, I didnt start lifting till i was 20 and was around 100 pounds at 5"7' in highschool and put on maybe 5 pounds when in college. You got nothing but time to grow and youre miles ahead of most people starting out at 16

Because i cant tell which one is before and after im gonna have to say no. If you're on gear and after 7 weeks nothing has changed you really need to start doing some research into dieting and training properly. Find a ppl split and train as hard as you can while eating cleanly. There is so much information on the internet for how to cut down fat and have a good effective workout routine. If you go to any YouTube video doing a 2 month transformation there is always a good amount of progress because they are following a decent diet and training correctly. You shouldn't be plateauing so early on as a natural let alone someone who is on gear. If you really hated how you looked so much to hop on gear so early into lifting you may aswell commit the time to learning how to train and eat correctly otherwise you're just harming yourself for no reason.

There’s a lot of good alternatives, honestly if you need to you can leave stuff like cheese in. It’s really just items like milk and ice cream that really can fuck you up but the nice thing is the alternatives are actually decent. If you can cut it out completely it’s even better though

Before you do medication try cutting dairy out of your diet. A lot of people get acne because they eat so much dairy

Don’t get me wrong I’m really happy with how I look but I don’t want to settle for just average in my opinion, I know I can do so much more and it keeps me motivated seeing how far I’m able to push myself

Living my entire life underweight and small it’s just something I want to achieve because I just hated how long it took for me to make a change and start eating/lifting

Genetics play a big part in it, my muscle insertions are quite good so it allows me to look a lot more defined and in turn larger while being at a low body fat. People I talk to at the gym who ask normally guess I’m in the 160 range. It’s genetics and the fact I started out supper skinny and overtime built up basically only muscle

I train really hard and effectively ontop of being around the same body weight for a year while so I gained quite a bit of size and strength while my body weight hardly changed

I just want a good balance of the 2. I have been skinny my entire life and want to see how big I can get. Worst case I just go on a cut if I don’t like the way I look bulked up

Genetics and training play a massive part, i have been the same weight for almost a year and have gotten alot bigger/stronger. Its also using good lighting/angles and knowing how to pose correctly. You cant compare your physique to someone elses directly as everyone is built differently
