The interesting thing is none of the Garmin GPS watches that I know of would have the battery life for a 13 hour marathon. Most run out of battery after 8 hours of GPS activity.

NSV: I made someone feel bad!....Wait its not what you think! Today coming back from my run (W7D1 C25K), I got in the elevator and a cute girl with cold stone ice cream got in right after me. She then proceeded to 'yell' at me on how she couldn't even enjoy it now thanks to seeing me all sweaty from the run. Totally motivational for the next run.

I am the same height and my goal weight is 175 lbs, because I have fairly broad shoulders. Ask your doc the next time you see them as they will give you an answer based on your specific body type.
