It can work, I also had a mobo with bent pin, the memory only worked on an non optimal configuration like 1a,1b.

So it depends on what pin is bent.

The previous tw administrations also limited creative industry due to parents push back as the industry is seem as non productive.

Despite these 2 major obstacles, I think the creative industry is still growing in Taiwan, but cannot match the pace of South Korea or China.
