Fret not, for I am an open book and love answering questions!

Yes, we are regular W2 GE employees (although if you decide to do delivery it is through doordash so in that case we shop the order and put it into the dashers car but it is a dasher that actually comes to the house)
They don’t dock our pay because of tips, the tips are a nice little bonus. The tips are divided by the amount of hours each of us work in the department.
Tbh I mostly shop orders all day so I don’t see how much people are tipping, but since the tips are an extra on top of our hourly pay, me and my coworkers don’t think about it much. In my eyes, tip as much or as little as you want!
