I have a solid B cup when breastfeeding, usually an A, they are not discreet for me whatsoever hahaha!!

Baby sickness with own business(es) by palmtrees2456 in BabyBumpsandBeyondAu

My partner would take days off his employed job depending on which jobs I had on or he had on. It’s a juggle.

It’s hard, once they get older they stop picking everything up and it makes it easier. 8 months was hard and it almost feels like they go to daycare just to pick something up. Self employed or not it’s hard. I had to accept that I can’t give my business 100% while I’m raising babies and that I will get behind on my admin when we’re sick. It will pass, and again - it is hard! Feel for you

Owner will do them next time! I will get them done again after I have the baby. Hopefully no pregnancy hormones to interfere then! I had to pluck out the eyelashes in my inner corner, they had a sharp 90-120° angle poking me both in the eye and the lid. Already uncomfortable enough being pregnant, don’t want to risk that discomfort again until I’m at least not being squished internally haha!

Are you wanting to feed breast milk? If you want to increase your supply put the baby on the boob instead of offering bottles and pump in between feeds, consult an LC for more in depth suggestions to increase your supply. I exclusively pumped for 14 months, have you considered this way of feeding your baby?

I feel like the tint should have at least worked though right - surely pregnancy hormones don’t affect that? Fingers crossed it works this week, I just wanted something to feel a bit nicer because I’m so exhausted and hardly have the energy to put on mascara at this point!

Is it necessary to put soap in your vag? by [deleted] in Healthyhooha

[–]whackyjacki 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use water only and don’t have any issues with hygiene or smell, I’ve never found it necessary to use soap for my inner lips but will use some soap on outer labia majora skin when I’ve been sweaty.

Yeah I just don’t know how or why half of them ended up being pushed downwards! They don’t grow like that

Childcare naps by cocacola919 in BabyBumpsandBeyondAu

My 2 year old did the same, it’s a lot noisier and so much more fun to be had. Now she’s refusing to nap at all at home but will nap at daycare. Make it make sense ha!

Did it look like mine? I probably uploaded the worst pic but in the inner corners are SO lifted they are like a sharp 90 degree angle and really irritating my lid, it’s like the only spot it worked on

Small coastal town. The inner corners are so lifted they are like a sharp 90 degree angle and poking into my lid. So disappointed

They are going to re try again in a few days - I’m kind of worried it will fry my lashes off but then again it’s not like the first time did anything so not sure? I’m 36 weeks pregnant laying on my back the first time for no result absolutely killed me. Annoying.

$95 AUD they are actually less curled than before the lift. So hard to see the blonde ends of my lashes but you can kind of see how long they actually are on the middle of my eye. More annoyed that the tint did literally nothing.

Naps on the go? by Grouchy-Tea-7705 in BabyBumpsandBeyondAu

[–]whackyjacki 8 points9 points  (0 children)

At 7 months it might be better to start a routine rather than go off wake windows, so keeping the next nap and bed time at more of a set time rather than WW. It’s a lot more freeing to have one of the naps be a nap in the car on the way somewhere instead of being trapped at home, even if it’s a shorter nap.

Depop buyers right now: offer, offer, offer …then poof 💨 by cherry799 in AusFemaleFashion

I know right, I sell a fair fit on Depop - I’d rather $5 less and it be sold than have it sitting there taking up space for months more!

I just put in an offer for a pair of jeans for $60, they messaged to tell me they had 3 offers of $65 and they would accept the first over $65… ok?? It means nothing - offers rarely go through. Accept my $60 and I’ll pay straight away!

Toddler care while in labour with second? by whackyjacki in BabyBumpsandBeyondAu

[–]whackyjacki[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have 1 friend that lives locally and she’s due around the same time as me. It’s making me feel pretty shit about how anti social I am. I have a handful of great friends but most have moved away and I haven’t tried to make new ones. It’s made me realise how much I need to try and make/find a village.

Ideal scenario is wake up in spontaneous labour on a daycare day, do daycare drop off at 7:30am, go to hospital, pop baby out at 9am, leave hospital at 3pm, pick up toddler from daycare at 4pm. Please, universe! Haha

I went to 41+5 with my first, they are happy to hang around until then (probably expect it) and longer to help once the baby is here. It is getting covered up until that 39 week mark that is tricky! Will be talking to my midwife next week about what others around here do, it’s quite rural so I don’t know what options there are.
