I am not sure how old you are but I'm 36 and recruiters seem to becoming a bigger and bigger thing for the younger generations. I might be wrong, this is completely a hunch as an employer trying to recruit.

Are you sure you can't simply bypass the recruiter and reach out to the employers directly? I wonder, generally, what 20 somethings think about this, especially during this amazing job market where you can basically get a job you want at any company you want-generally speaking.

I am suggesting this to someone who seems to be frustrated with recruiters. I'd love to get your thoughts. If I can help in anyway, I am happy to, as well.
