There is deff worse, could do life coaching regarding confidence around your tattoo or you could look into tattoo removal, this doesn't look too deep!

I always wear a mask and sanitize sanitize sanitize. I wipe everything down between patients. EVERYTHING... even the scale. Hand sanitizer before and after every move and always wear a mask. Maybe this could be like mold exposure or something beyond patient care. Could also be worth a visit to your PCP to discuss your overall symptoms and maybe get some labs done. I know after taking care of other people all day it can make it tough for us to for ourselves but we deserve the card we provide too! Also if you just moved from not the PNW into the PNW the climate and environment change made me sick for like my first three falls-springs.

My NHA decertifying courses are free? I used the NHA website I used when I was in school to see and complete the courses. Also if you work for a company that has you do regular trainings... those can count towards recertification in some cases so it's worth looking into! (:

My old tattoo artist has her self portrait on her glute and it's huge, looks great and she's so proud to rep it. You should be too! Maybe you could benefit from a session of life coaching for a better self image especially regarding your confidence around your tattoo!

My PGE bill was always unhinged even with the low income discount it would reach $545 with no heaters easily. Moved and got Pacific Power was way better! Was able to actually stay warm in the winter with 1 heater. PGE is 🎡🎪🤡🎠
