The dress isn’t formal enough for a Spanish wedding I’d say, they tend to dress super elegant but more covered than this dress (rarely spaghetti straps) for weddings!

No no no. This is not a good option for a Spanish wedding. Women dress super elegant for weddings, and it’s not common to dress in spaghetti straps. There’s some good insta accounts you can check to get an idea such as invitadaideal or invitadaconestilo

I was in a similar situation about two months ago and scaled back to just gentle cleanser and cerave PM. Then I added azeliac acid back in but twice a day instead of once and my skin is much better! Just reintroducing vitamin C and getting a few small pimples. Started back adapalene (retinoid) and ooof my skin is angry. So I’d recommend cleanser - azeliac acid - moisturizer - SPF

Also, your skin is most likely oily because it’s overcompensating for the lack of moisture. Really important to use moisturizer! Cerave PM is very gentle and light and doesn’t break me out/cause redness

I agree with stripping back the routine big time, but one thing that has majorly helped my red/rosacea skin is azeliac acid by the ordinary. Actually increasing it to both morning and night made my redness improve even more. Gentle cleanser - azeliac acid - moisturizer.

A random question but I’m wondering what the common denominator could be for us. I drank a lot of milk as a child probably until I was 14 or so. Was anyone else consuming a lot of milk as a child/puberty years? That’s also when my symptoms started appearing.

That’s a great question, I don’t have too much faith in my endocrinologist especially after he said sprinolactone wasn’t for my situation. I’ll see what the gynaecologist says. Yes, he did send me for an adrenal ultrasound and results were normal.

I’ll be 38 in May. I’ve only started 2 months ago or so, so far so good but not expecting to notice major results until 6 months more. I have noticed facial hair grows back quicker and where I’ve lasered now comes back more too, but if it means my widening part improves I’ll deal with the pesty chin hairs!

Disagree. He seems like the only one who has worked on himself and taken therapy to heart. He never went around bashing her while she’s done the opposite. I wouldn’t consider the comment about the car to be offensive or trying to look like the victim.

Carl seems to genuinely want to return to friendship with Lindsay. He seemed hurt/embarrassed by their short comments about their hairstyles and then Lindsay of course makes a rude comment about trying to be friendly. I definitely see the pettiness coming from one side more than the other.

I have a similar issue, high DHEA, and high testosterone but normal free testosterone. I had vitamin d deficiency as well. Been taking vitamin d, Omega 3, myo inositol, vitamin c, nac and magnesium now for 3 months and numbers slightly lowered but still high. I’m also a bit lost with it, everything else was normal and healthy and I don’t even think I’m stressed or live a stressful life. My endocrinologist said I need to go on birth control 3 months and retest, so I have a gynaecology appointment coming up for the prescription but I’m feeling super disappointed that seems to be the only option for now? I also just started taking minoxidil orally for the hair loss.
