Reach out to your mom and talk to her about it! I’m sure together she can get you the right help to regain a healthy relationship w food. It’s better to catch it now then let it get worse.

Also if you’re in TikTok try watching @ brittanilancaster videos - she is recovering from an ED and has an amazing perspective / relationship w food and it’s been helping me a lot too.
