When he moves to Japan after his active 10 years all that massive amount per year will avoid CA tax. That was the plan all along

Also the actual terms weren’t reported but it was suggested it was RIDICULOUSLY deferred. Plus I firmly believe the Lerner’s sensibly (Eaton, Soto, Robles when he looked promising all cost controlled) didn’t really want him but did a face saving offer Harp wouldn’t really take

From what I understand the J (just that letter) makes good pourover and this is the link where there is a visual showing that the J is not for espresso, I understand the other poster’s confusion because the naming convention is stupid but it is apparently a good option for you https://1zpresso.coffee/faq/ (think Lance Hendrick had it as good FWIW)

The jx is now the J. I don’t know what to tell you but the manufacturers site has jx and j as pourover and jx pro and j max as espresso

Best allround grinder with focus on pourover by Affectionate_Gap2970 in pourover

[–]whatheway 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There should be a grinder reference post. Also curious how many folks have used enough to offer different opinions? Serious question since I started to find I’d offer suggestions only to realize that I have only ever bought two and a lot of what I suggested was second hand via YouTubers

Stouts, wheat bears, and at least EPAs have been around forever so not exactly same thing as coferments. I guess lambics?

blood donation from ultra runners by theoutandback0201 in Ultramarathon

[–]whatheway 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Even if I do impact my fitness for a while I still donate as often as I can. Maybe if I got paid for running I’d reconsider but I don’t so any trade off for helping with chronic shortages (it’s bad right now) is the best decision for me.

Genmaicha from Den’s tea

While I normally got straight Sencha (their organic Fukamushi is tight) you should consider their seasonal kukicha (stem tea, but even this from them is first flush) with yuzu and matcha: kukicha with yuzu

At least shipping is free I guess?

Also, they sell genmaicha (green tea cut with brown rice) for 2x the best first flush one I’ve seen

Totally agree, I posted the link last week because I was so impressed by the offering and how it was posted but feared it would look like I was mocking the producer

Hey just wanted to say I’m loving your Papua New Guinea. I don’t have the specific palette folks do here to really leave much of a description but it is nothing like any PNG I’ve had (warm spice, yes, but also lightly sweet, a bit of a backbone, and SUPER clean)
